My goal as a pet portrait artist is to create the most accurate representation of those who have become part of our lives and to show the affection and love we have for them. In order to do this, the most important thing I need is a good photograph. It’s sad to turn some photographs away because of the poor quality, but I also can work with you for special circumstances (specially with pets that have passed away).

The highly detailed quality photo you can give me, the better the portrait. The kind of art I work with the details in the photography are the most important part of my artwork. Drawing animals is tricky and making your pet’s features like the hair, nose, eyes, can make a difference when the photo’s quality is good.

Delivery

US Orders: Packing and delivery usually costs $10.00. This may vary depending on the item’s size, and how it needs to be packed, but I’ll always give you an up-front quote so there are no surprises.

International Orders: I’m happy to post portraits overseas. I will always confirm delivery charges before accepting a commission.

Payment

For commissions, I charge 50% on accepting the order, with the balance payable on completion prior to dispatch. I will send you a photo of the drawing to ensure you are totally happy with what I have created before accepting the remaining balance.
Payment is via Venmo, or via PayPal or credit/debit cards.

Guarantee and Returns

I want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. Just get in touch if you are not satisfied with how things are going and we’ll resolve it. However, I’ll send photos during your commission and we will make corrections as we go on. If you are not satisfied with the portrait and you still want to return it, I will keep 50% of the order and I will return 50% once the portrait is in my possession, (shipping costs will run by the costumer)
